At Kobo, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All devices must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kobo account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
